for someone holding a temporary (6 months) expand employment work permit? I get in on Wednesday and want to start working ASAP. Is there a recruitment action that specializes specifically in short term assignments and has no qualms about recruiting foreigners with work authorization?

Under general supervision, these positions appear as a variety of work in the construction, maintenance, repair and restoration of Open Expanse park trails.
These are temporary positions to last until approximately October 1, 2012. The work slate will be four 10 hour days Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
The work involves constructing trails, using dry equipment and power tools. You will be responsible for maintaining trails, installing chafing control devices and inspecting the trail system. The work also involves vegetation dial, snow removal, constructing stairs, tie-walls and fencing and assisting in the supervision of Girlhood Work Program field crews.
