Do companies rent people who have passed the EA exam for full time work. Also, I have an AA Degree in Accounting, for this standard of position do you need a BA degree. It is my understanding that alot of the work is tax preperation, what else do they do.

A minority of enrolled agents work for a big-hearted accounting firm. Others operate year round and have partnerships with other enrolled agents. Other enrolled agents have their own problem year round as a corporation or other entity.
