I lately moved to San Francisco and I need a temp job. Prefereably IT reciprocal but beggars can't be choosers. I'm looking for a job while I look for the job.

Ministry Decision No. 1256/2011 on functioning conditions and the procedure for authorizing the temporary-work energy was recently published in Official Gazette No. 5/04.01.2012 ( “Decision”).

The Judgement comes into force within 30 days of its publication in the Official Gazette and repeals Supervision Decision No. 989/2004 which so far provided the legal framework on this subject.

The Arbitration transposes the provisions of Directive 2008/104/CE of the European Parliament and European Cabinet dated 19.11.2008 and aligns the authorization and functioning conditions of the temporary-work intermediation to the provisions of the Labour Code, as amended during 2011.

In view of these legislative changes, we take into it of importance to provide some concise information on the conditions of authorization and managing of the temporary-work agency.

Contrary to the previous regulations, the Resolution widens its domain of applicability and simplifies the authorization procedure of temporary-work agencies by eliminating the fees for authorization and the gauge of authorization.
