In my C:\WINDOWS\Temp there's pack up that keeps appearing with different names like 07A5F8F8.exe or something like that. Whenever this happens my firewall says it's annoying to access the internet or something similar and my virus scan isn't detecting anything.

Best way to determine temp of beer in opaque food-grade bucket ...

I'm posting because I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Can you get an for detail enough temperature by placing a thermometer on top of the scuttle? I distinguish this is ambient air temp, and the fermentation adds some warmness to the liquor in the scuttle, but isn't the ambient air "positive enough"? (yikes! I look forward to so, because if not, then I'm not monitoring my temp airless enough!)
