Marketing jobs that don't involve sales?

I have a bachelors point in marketing, but haven't been able to use it to land a marketing job due to insufficiency of experience. So I've been working temp jobs, mainly doing clerical occupation. All I seem to find are sales jobs, even thru monster and careerbuilder.
First pick a town or two or three that you wouldn't mind moving to and living in should you need to relocate. (Do some up on online for each city to find out about climate, population, things to do around there, shelter costs, etc.
