I have been hired on a impermanent contract the last two years for the same school district at the same school. I want to be sure how many years can the school district hire me "makeshift" before they finally give me a permanent contract?

Every say and every country is different so you need to contact the appropriate branch of education. I would be thankful to have a job personally. They don't owe you anything and you knew when you signed on that it was a temp emplacement.

The Topeka Bishopric Council voted 7-2 Tuesday evening to give Stanley a contract length arranging for his employment to end April 1 or whenever the city begins to employ a permanent big apple manager, whichever comes first, while allowing for Stanley’s contract to be extended further than that by reciprocated agreement.

Stanley, 60, became interim city manager in July under a contract that initially ran through Jan. 31. He isn’t seeking the job on a permanent main ingredient.

The council and Mayor Bill Bunten met behind closed doors in executive conference for 30 minutes Tuesday evening to discuss personnel matters in re Stanley’s employment.

Council members then voted 7-2, with Councilwomen Karen Hiller and Denise Everhart dissenting, to throw over Hiller’s motion that they meet with Stanley in executive meeting to discuss the contract.

There was no further discussion as the council then voted to approve the contract, with Hiller and Everhart dissenting.
