Well, most jobs now days have contracts by employment agencies. I work against these temp. agencies until I talked to the manger and he told me how the institution paid to contract employees. I was paid $ 10 an hr.

Sturdy gains in the private sector helped Minnesota add 15,500 jobs in January, nudging the solemn's unemployment rate down a tenth of a point to a seasonally adjusted 5.6 percent, the Worry of Employment and Economic Development said Thursday.

As of January, the state has regained 48 percent of the 156,300 jobs it confounded in the recession — when the state's jobless rate bottomed out in September 2009, said Steve Hine, chief of the agency's Labor Market Information Office. He also said the personal sector did better over that period, regaining 54 percent of the 152,500 jobs it had extinct.

With the January increase, Minnesota has now gained 29,000 jobs since January 2010, and, comprehensive, the number of jobs in the state has grown 1.1 percent over the past year. Hine said that's below the 1.5 percent annual expansion nationally, but it's a rebound from rates in the past four months. Minnesota remains well below the U.S. unemployment under any circumstances of 8.3 percent, he said.
