My unemployment fringe benefits ends in few months and I understand that I can extend UB up to 13 weeks. But I am evaluation of working some contract jobs...
My unemployment benefit ends in few months. I am clever to get a contract job for only few months after my UB ends.

If you are working, including working contract jobs, as an non-affiliated contractor, doing freelance work, etc, you cannot collect unemployment. Take the job(s) and recall unemployment. Any job pays better than unemployment.

FedEx to pay $3 million in job discrimination case

The U.S. Section of Labor has reached a $3 million settlement with the ground utterance unit of FedEx to resolve allegations that the company discriminated against 21,635 job seekers at two dozen FedEx facilities in 15 states.

The Labor Rely on’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs reached the agreement with FedEx Soil Package Systems after saying that it had found evidence of discrimination in hiring on the foundation of sex, race and national origin. Under the settlement, department officials said Wednesday, FedEx has agreed to erect wide-ranging changes to correct any discriminatory hiring practices and to perpetuate job offers to 1,703 of the people rejected for jobs as part-time package handlers as those positions become at one's disposal.
