This is a 2 part puzzle. 1 what are the best online job search websites? Dragon, Hotjobs, Career Builders etc? I rather apply for a direct rental company but i notice alot of temp services posts jobs online which temp services are the trounce at getting people long term jobs?

Try www.indeed.com they have all those you listed in one and then some. I'm not convinced about the temp services.

Missouri's jobless speed in February dropped to 7.4 percent -- its lowest consequence since late 2008. And while that's good news, companies still seem to be moving cautiously when adding new alpenstock.

"We're seeing employers beginning to feel more comfortable to hire one or two people and see how that works out," says June O'Dell, president/chief operating fuzz of the Southeast Missouri Workforce Investment Board. "I think employers are being very vigilant."

She says more businesses have been making use of on-the-job training dollars available through the investment board and calling center. "We're seeing that pick up," she says, adding that 18 months ago businesses were on edge they wouldn't be able to sustain jobs.

She sees companies using discretion in the hiring process as a good thing. "I think it will nurture unfaltering growth. An influx (of employees) doesn't really help anybody."

Debbie Glenn, regional division manager of Manpower, says she thinks companies are being more conservative.
