Can I terminate my employment contract early?

I will be accepting a contract contention for approximately 8-9 months which I really have no choice but to take as my employment options are restricted where I live.

I’ve been employed by a band for 3 weeks (Alleged to be perpetual, didn’t trade out) … The firm then tells me to mass up my things and forbear, so I do. The business does not give me any written awareness/discharge verbatim, nor issues me with a P45.

The contract states:-

“During the probationary days of 3 months, either dinner party is required to prepare for one week’s note, in handwriting.”

The expulsion was not due to earn misconduct, I was never disciplined, nor warned. Just a expressed “we are terminating your employment” without being told that this is what they were sensible about doing.

Am I still technically employed by the crowd? What are my next steps either way? Seems that not getting a p45 is tenable enough … but what about the no heed fixation? … I’ve not had anything in editorial that my employment has been terminated at all.
