Can i have maternity leave on contractor position?

DC school cafeteria supplier was warned of losing contract
D.C. Mr schools notified Chartwells School Dining last month of the deficiencies and warned the guests that it is in danger of losing its multimillion-dollar contract with the school system if actions are not charmed to improve its performance.
