This is my first leisure working through a staffing agency and I love it. Getting paid weekly in lieu of of bi-weekly is hot. Not having to be fully caught up in office government is cool. I can have a few months vacation if I want (since the compensation is on the whole well).

Contracting can be critical, especially if you work for many different people in a short amount of beforehand. I was contracting for the same company for almost 2 years before I got employed, and I highly prefer being employed.
