Contract job?

Ok i principled got a job offer from IBM for $20 an hour plus full benefits, but they told me it is an confusing contract. What does that mean? I also am at a job now that pays 14.75 plus I pay $60 a week for guaranty. Is the IBM job better?

Unknown contract means it is not a permanent job but has no fixed ending date. They keep you until they no longer penury you, then you go on unemployment or find another job.
