Is it ok to resign from a contract job before the contract period completes?

My benefactor is working on the contract job now and he still have five months left until the contract period completes. The contract says this contract can be terminated from either cocktail by two weeks notice at anytime.

As extended as he complies with the requirements of notice of leaving.

Redknapp denies Spurs contract talks

Redknapp has been strongly linked with the England superintendent's job following Fabio Capello's departure, but Tottenham are keen to remember a man who brought them Champions League football last season and is on course to do the same again this stipulations.

It was reported on Thursday that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy had made a signal of resolute by opening contract talks, while dangling a carrot of a £50m transfer war box.

Managers have been sent letters by the Premier League barring them from talking about the England job, after Manchester Partnership boss Sir Alex Ferguson backed Redknapp to succeed Capello.

Redknapp would not be worn out on the England job, but did comment on his own by insisting there have been no talks over a new deal.

"I speak to Daniel every day and we've discussed he wants me to reinforce at the club, which is fantastic, but he's not made me an offer of a contract at the moment," said the Spurs boss, whose going round deal runs until the end of next season.
