Were thinking of moving to Rockport Tx from Topeka Ks?

My woman and i are in our mid 40's, we have no kids and we've been in the Topeka area for almost 18 years now, the felony is horrible, gangs are everywhere and our jobs are coming to an end. We have over $150,000.
I remember the move would be a great idea. You've been to Rockport and know you like it, so it's not a blind move.
