Can a woman wear a skirt, dress, or heels in a business casual office?

I don't like wearing pants. I have a like of gabardine skirts and those wool Mad Men comfort career dresses. I only own one pair of flat tennis and all the nap are heels.

Other than your own sagacity of comfort, I've never seen a young woman be socially stigmatized for not dressing down in an office. :-)

Us old women look at unsophisticated girls and say "ah, I remember the days I could rock a skirt".
