Why wear t-shirt under my dress(office) shirt?

I'm a guy. I see that most of the guys exhaust t-shirts under their office(dress) shirts at work. Why do they do it? Is it about sweating? I actually squeaker my armpits and use deo-antiperspirant. I change my shirt every day and I shower every day. Should I still do it?

Yup most of it is sweating. It went from wearing the key undershirt under everything no matter what, to wearing a T shirt under dress shirts. Personally, I mark it looks ugly when they are visible, such as a white dress shirt with visible undershirts. Otherwise I wear them too.
