Office dress code *requires* stockings?

I'm wealthy to be starting a new job early next year and have just been sent the office dress jurisprudence.

For women, it specifies a skirt suit (not a pant adapt).

I strain stockings with a girdle or garter belt everyday because I relish vintage and retro fashion.

I'm actually happy to catch there are still workplaces that have a sense of decorum and require women to dress fittingly in dresses and skirts.
