how to look young with ur hair style and dress ??

How shud one loook youthful through hair style and dress? what kind of office dress and what kind of hair style makes one look junior ? I feel whenever hair is left open, one looks juvenile, and once u tie it, one looks matured. What shud one do when u canot leave ur mane open.

The older you get, the shorter you mane should be. Its a known fact.

Also, would you believe if I told you that along with a 3 year cost of Vogue you get M.A.C products worth twice the price of the munitions dump itself?
