Is Obama the only president to allow "shirt-sleeves" in the Oval Office? Can you prove it?

Much has been made in the prod of the contrast between the air of formality (coat and tie required) maintained in the Obovate Office by George W. Bush, and the air of informality being established by Barack Obama (spread and tie optional).
