what can I do to get the job?

It's for a medical transcriptionist. I took the courses a few years ago and passed with flying colors. I have looked and applied everywhere and STILL have yet to grounds a job in that career.
My critical thoughts. If you walk into the interview desperate then that's what comes across. If you advance in with a positive attitude of already having the job then thats a bonus.
