I have an internship at a senator's office.
Dress Conventions and Office Hours
The dress code is professional; a coat and tie for men; dresses, skirts, and pantsuits are meet for women. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
You should interruption in business attire (like the link you posted with the navy gratify) in whatever matches the overall vibe of the office--or better, if necessary.
